Safety and control
You stay in charge. Archie keeps the receipts.
It works inside real programs, so it is built to be stopped, checked and audited. Here is what that means in practice.
What Archie always does
Nine things that do not change.
Points by default
Archie points at the control and you click. It only does the job when you ask it to, with Do it for me.
Your yes first
A yes before anything that sends, pays, deletes, or cannot be undone. Each step is shown first.
Esc stops it
Press Esc and Archie stops at once. Pause is one key away.
Never passwords or codes
It never types a password, a security code or a CAPTCHA. It hands the screen back to you.
Fixed risk rules
Every task is rated Low to Critical by fixed rules. The AI cannot change a rating.
Approvals
A task shared with a team waits for a manager. Nobody can approve their own task.
Masked before it leaves
ID numbers, phone numbers, emails, IBANs and secrets are masked before anything leaves the PC. A window blocklist keeps chosen programs unread.
A full record
Run log, history and an audit trail: who ran what, when, each step, and each approval.
Your own Claude account
Archie runs through the unmodified Claude Code, on your or your company's own Claude account. Archie makes no AI calls of its own and holds no keys.
Privacy: Archie never reads password managers, private windows or apps you exclude, hides the names you choose, and pauses when you leave. Masking happens on your PC, before anything is sent.
See it
Three moments from the film.
Your yes
A yes before each step.
Where judgement is needed, Archie writes. It then shows exactly what it will type and waits. Here it drafts a few lines of commentary for each fund’s slide and asks before typing them.
Choosing Don't leaves the slide as it was.
Approvals
Rated by rules, approved by a person.
A saved task gets a risk rating from fixed rules, then waits for a manager. The route depends on where the task is shared and how risky it is. Nobody approves their own.
Audit trail
Every run, check and approval on record.
The run log shows each run step by step, including who said yes. The Admin Console's audit log lists who approved which task. Both save as a spreadsheet.
