What it does
Ask it, learn from it, hand it the job. Then save it for the team.
Archie works inside the real program, on your screen. Each recording below is a real run on a test PC with made-up data.
See it in action
Ask, learn, do.
Three ways to get unstuck, each in the real program.
Ask
Ask in any program, in your own words.
Archie already sees the program you are in, so there is nothing to explain. It answers from what is on the screen and, when your team has added its procedures, from those too.
In this recording the question is spoken, in an older database tool. The answer arrives with its source underneath.
- Type it, or say “Hey Archie”. Follow-ups need no name.
- Every answer taken from a document says which one, for example “From: Valuation procedure, 4.2”.
- “Look deeper” asks again with the strongest model.
Learn
Teach me how: one step at a time, in the real program.
A new joiner presses Teach me how. Archie walks them through your team's way. It rings the exact control, then waits for their click.
They do the clicking, so it sticks. If they get stuck, Explain more says why.
Do it for me
Or hand it the job, and watch it done.
Archie does the task while you watch, in the program's own controls. It shows each step first and asks before anything that cannot be undone. It never types passwords or security codes. Esc stops it.
Here it refreshes eight fund workbooks, checks each one, and saves them.

For teams
Save it once. Then run it, teach it, or chain it.
Whatever Archie does or teaches can be saved as a task, so your team's know-how lives in one library everyone can use.
- Tasks LibraryEvery task Archie did or taught, saved in plain steps, with variables for what changes each time, like an account or a date. File it in folders, label it, and share it with your team.
- Teach it to anyoneA new hire presses Teach, and Archie walks them through your team's way, step by step, in the real software.
- Automate workflows in Archie StudioDrag tasks into order, like export, reconcile, then email, and Archie runs them one after another. Run it once, or once for every row of a spreadsheet.
- A record of everythingEvery run, check and approval is kept: who, when, and each step. Both the run log and the history save as a spreadsheet.
Approvals
Save it for the team. A manager signs it off first.
Archie saves the task with its steps and variables. Fixed rules rate its risk, from Low to Critical, and the AI cannot change that rating. A task above the team's threshold waits for a manager's approval before anyone else can run it.
Nobody can approve their own task.
Replay and checks
Replay it with no AI, then check the numbers.
An approved task replays the same clicks every time, with no AI at all. That means no AI cost and no surprises.
Checks then read the output files. Sums must tie, row counts must match, no cell may hold an error. In this run, fund six comes out 37 cents short of what it should be. Archie stops and asks before carrying on.
Workflows
One workflow, as many programs as the job needs.
Chain saved tasks in Archie Studio, in any order, across any number of programs. Here a database export, a workbook refresh, a slide deck and a Word summary run one after another, each in its own program.
Variables are asked once, up front, and last time's values are filled in.
Schedules
Put it on a schedule. Nobody needs to be at the PC.
Pick the day and time, here the last day of each month at 06:00. Archie gives a notice before it starts, and waits while you are using the PC.
If you touch the mouse or keyboard once it has started, it stops. A scheduled task can only be as risky as the admin allows, because nobody may be there to say yes.
